Excellent Customer Service

Let me just tell you right off the bat, ShowIt has customer service that is right up there with Disney World and Chick Fil A. If you have a question, they have a chat window that allows you to pop in a question. They usually get back to you SO fast! Their team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. For me, this is a HUGE deal because I’m not very tech savvy with website design. They will usually send me screenshots and tell me what I can do fix a problem step by step. OR they just fix the problem for me on their end. Because I’m running a business and my website is important, sometimes I need changes to be made very quickly. Since their customer service is so good, I can do that! It’s also limitless. I chat with these people literally almost every day.

Ease of Use

Before I was a die hard ShowIt website fan, I had a WordPress site. I initially got it because I found an impressive template (really cute, with all the bells and whistles) that I wanted to use, but it could only be used with WordPress. Now before I go further, if you’re a WordPress fan, more power to you! It’s just not for me. I didn’t realize how much coding you needed to know in order to do a WordPress site. I would sit there for HOURS trying to figure out how to change a font color. Or how to change a picture. Never did I think building a website would bring me to tears, but sure enough, by using that platform it did. And there was no customer service.

Huge difference with ShowIt. It’s so easy to use, almost anyone could do it. Changing font colors, changing photos, layouts, adding text, adding pages, etc. The difference was like night and day.

Drag and Drop

This feature is fantastic! You can simply drag and drop things wherever you would like them on your site. This allows you to make your website as simple or elaborate as you wish.

Appealing Free Templates

Not sure how to make a website from scratch? That’s okay – with ShowIt you don’t have to! They have a great amount of beautiful, free website design templates that have already been created. They sit in a library that you get to pick from! You can copy an entire website design to make it your own, or you can pick and choose which parts you’d like. You can mix and match.

Blog

Needing to make a blog with good SEO? ShowIt is paired up with WordPress for their blogging platform. Their blogs come with the Yoast SEO Plugin, which allows you to monitor your SEO and optimize it! In case you’re not familiar with SEO, it helps your website be recognized by Google. So when people do a Google search, your site can be easily found.
